Potty Trained

Mark this month - April 2012, both kids are potty trained before 2.5 yrs old!
 And they say boys are harder to train...obviously parents never used marshmellows as an incentive.  Nic was trained almost a month before Kate.

    I'm getting ready to start potty training my almost 2 year old son. Any ideas/tips you can give a first time mom?

    I'm sorry for the delay. I wish I had some fantastic advice, but the only thing I can say is...don't use pull ups. I used them for 2 weeks max and then went straight to underwear. It is messy, and I threw a BUNCH out, but it worked. Good luck!
